THE KAIKAI PARTNERSHIP

KaiKai is a property development partnership between the developer, Jimmy du Toit, and the Richtersveld Municipality.

The partnership was formed in 2000 but was preceded by an involvement of Jimmy du Toit with the Municipality since 1996.

The partnership has developed joint goals which not only includes KaiKai but the promotion and elevation of the entire region.

It is a partnership which enjoys the explicit and complete backing of the Northern Cape Provincial Government.

The partnership, is conscious of community issues,as it should be, and these issues are addressed in the course of the evolution of KaiKai.

Is this not exactly what you would expect before investing in coastal property?

The property development proposal for KaiKai was tabled and discussed by
Jimmy du Toit in Upington on 16 June 2000. Present at this discussion
with him was the Mayor of Port Nolloth, Jeffrey Makhubalo, the town clerk, Dicky Ahjum and the chief administrative officer, Joseph Cloete. Joseph Cloete is the current municipal manager of the Richtersveld Municipality.
