KaiKai is a residential development in Port Nolloth, Northern Cape. It is situated on the Richtersveld coast in one of the world’s most spectacular regions.
It consists of 150 fully serviced freehold stands surrounded by a perimeter wall. 63 stands have already been sold and transferred to new owners.
The development is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean. Seafront stands are positioned right on the beachfront. No stand in the development is further than 200 meters from the water’s edge.
The architectural style of homes in KaiKai is subject to guidelines, set out elsewhere on this website.
All owners are members of the KaiKai Homeowners Association which is responsible for the maintenance, security and general order on the terrain. The monthly levy is currently R290 to cover the HOA’s expenses.
“KaiKai” in the Nama language means "to cultivate, to elevate with praise, or to nurture with pride".
KaiKai offers an unique concept, namely the placing of properties within an area dedicated to the promotion and execution of outdoor art - art produced over time by a close collaboration between established South African artists and community-based artists with the voluntary participation of owners.
You are invited to purchase a stand in KaiKai and to participate in a property investment that is destined to become as rare and sought after as a precious artwork.
